Shipping policy
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@aishiteru.ch with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to PO Boxes
Orders are prepared at the time the payment has been confirmed and at the following times:
Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Orders placed outside of these hours will be prepared the following business day. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
When placing the order, if you are outside the European Union, keep in mind that you are responsible for paying local customs taxes.

- Once the order has been placed, we will send you an email with the order confirmation.

Refunds, returns and exchanges
Our goal is your total satisfaction as a customer.
To proceed with the return of an item purchased in the online store, you must fill out the return and/or exchange form that you will find inside the envelope or box that we have sent you.
- Request a return by email to contact@aishiteru.ch within a period not exceeding 14 business days following the date of receipt of the product, letting us know the reason for the return.
- Items must be returned:
- In their original state, together with any accessory related to them, and cannot be used, washed or damaged.
- With its original labels.
- In its complete original packaging.
- Attach the invoice or a copy of it in case of returning part of the order
- Items must be sent to the address provided in the email.
Important note: Until we receive the item in our warehouse, it is under your responsibility.
We recommend that you send us the item by courier or certified mail and that you keep the proof of shipment.
Do I have to pay anything for my return?
To return an item purchased in Aishiteru, all you have to do is contact a courier company or the Post Office and send the item to the previously detailed address. Shipping costs must be paid by the customer who wishes to make the return. In the event that the item sent was defective, Aishiteru would assume the total shipping cost for its exchange and/or return.
How will I receive my refund?
Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount in the same way you made the payment.
When will I receive my refund?
When we verify that the items are in perfect condition and with the labels, you will receive a confirmation email indicating the amount that will be credited to your account.
In the case of special promotions, where shipping costs are offered free of charge, the customer must also bear the return shipping costs. No refunds will be accepted freight collect.
